Notes on fighting Tipsy Zobo

Tipsy Zobo is built around pulling the boss into lane 3, next to Cribking, so it can be shredded. Without Cribking, the far left and far right sides break easily.

Lineup 1 puts Shellshy in row 1 of lane 1 with Solaflora in row 2. Lane 2 carries Cribking in row 1, Hyphoria in row 2 and Sonarbat in row 3. Lane 3 is a full Water column: Armorjaw in row 1, Frostique in row 2, Tideon in row 3, Seaswirl in row 4 and Aquariel in row 5. Lane 4 contains Blitzmane in row 1, Cheerspring in row 2 and Waveflutter in row 3, and lane 5 has Waddledo in row 1 with Azurion in row 3.

Armorjaw, the third form of the Maskfry line, does the pulling from the head of lane 3. Its waves drag enemies in and grind them in a whirlpool, which stuns and stacks Weak when it catches several. Cribking, the fourth form of the Cribbler line, stands right beside it, clawing an area, shredding enemies and gaining attack whenever it is healed, and it gives the team a water aura. Getting Cribking adds a large share of damage on its own.

Behind them, Seaswirl leaves enemies weakened and Tideon covers an area in mist that slows them and makes them fragile; of the two, Tideon is the better pick.

Below very high levels, a lineup with lower requirements is the safer choice. As substitutes, Capypapa can replace Seaswirl, Swaystroll can stand in for Shellshy and Boldclaw for Waddledo. The other recorded alternatives use Dreadclaw instead of Cribking, Charflutter in place of Hyphoria and often Ospisces in place of Armorjaw.

Lineups are numbered in the order shown above, left to right, top to bottom.
