Notes on Dojo Grass 1-10

The last stage of the run uses the same grid as the first nine, so the board you have been refining is the one that has to win here.

The difficulty comes from the enemies, not from a new layout. Lineup 1 is still a front row of three blockers, Pearpair, Stalkerix and Sackling, with Frugatoad at the back of the middle and Goonbug behind Sackling. Nothing on it heals, so the stage is a test of whether your damage can finish the stronger waves before the front row wears down.

If it is close, look at where the run breaks and level that unit before retrying. Small gains on Stalkerix or Frugatoad usually matter more than anything else, because they shorten every wave.

On 2-1 the board is rebuilt around the middle lane, keeping Pearpair and Stalkerix: Stalkerix in row 1 with Pearpair, Capobeetle and Frugagon stacked behind it, and Jarachnid at the head of lane 3. Lane 1 is left empty there. That is a different style of play, with one deep column instead of a wide front, so it is worth evolving Goonbug and Frugatoad before moving on.

Lineups are numbered in the order shown above, left to right, top to bottom.
